DELIVERY TIME

•    The estimated average delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across United Arab Emirates is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer then usual.
•    You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
•    Timely delivery is subject to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
•    Both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual during sale period.
Note: To smooth & efficient delivery experience, we strongly suggest getting your orders delivered at your own address. J. will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the order by the third party.

CANCELLATION POLICY

·        If required order can be cancelled if the request of cancelation is placed within 6 hours.
·      Once the Order is “in process”, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS:
•    We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, in some instances, we might need some form of payment verification or source of funds to process the order, which will be requested from the consignee through call or email as per the bank's instructions to avoid any fraudulent or suspicious transactions. 
•    J. reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.

DELIVERY CHARGES
•    Shipping charges of Flat AED20 will be charged on all orders delivered within United Arab Emirates.
•    No delivery charge will be applied to orders valued at AED 200 or above.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
•    Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
•    You can track your order online using the registered email.
•    If you don't get any tracking updates, please Contact us at inquiry@junaidjamshed.ae or +971 54 232 1700 and we will be happy to assist with.
•    We use third-party logistics providers (3PL) to handle and deliver all orders. 
•    J. will not be held liable for late delivery/collection by third-party postal/courier companies.
